Return Policy

Once orders have been shipped, TN STUDIOS LLC is not responsible nor liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If an order were to face any of these situations, please contact your local UPS, USPS, or other post offices. Prior to placing an order, please take note that the information that was inputted is correct. Otherwise, the order will not reach you. If you are to experience any shipping concerns, please feel free to reach us at contact@tnstudios.co.

Although TN STUDIOS prioritizes product quality and we make sure to hand test all products, we understand issues may arise. If you would like to return/exchange items, please submit a request within 14 days after the order was placed (not shipped). 

In order to receive a refund or get an exchange, items must be in the original condition that it was received, such as unopened and unused.
