what is the return policy?
once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. if an order were to face any of these situations, please contact your local UPS or USPS. if you are to experience any shipping concerns, please feel free to reach us at contact@tnstudios.co and we will try our best to make things right.
if you would like to return/exchange items, please submit a request within 14 days after the order was placed.
in order to receive a refund or get an exchange, items must be in the original condition that it was received, such as unopened and unused.
when will i get my order?
please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship and up to 5-10 business days (domestic shipments) or 7-10 business days (international shipments) for your order to arrive. before placing your order, please make sure that all order information such as shipping address, purchase items, and payment information is correct.
